City Busses
Comfortable and accessible public transport runs throughout the entire area of the Municipality of
Ljubljana and in the suburban municipalities.
The transit card for travelling on bus system is called “Urbana” and they are available at tourist
information centres, post offices and newspaper kiosks.
The card is priced at 2 EUR. If you buy it at a tourist information centre, keep the receipt and get a
refund when you no longer need it. A single journey costs 1.20 EUR, and for this price you can also
change buses for up to 90 minutes.
Our hostel rents the Urbana card. Ask for it at the reception (deposit of 5 EUR, which you get back
when returning the card).
Our hostel Ljubljana reception works from 8am to 11pm.
We can arrange check-in during the night but you must confirm this with us in advance by e-mail or telephone.
Hostel Cancellations are accepted only 48 hours before your arrival with no charge. You have to cancel the room at least 48 hours before your arrival through e-mail!
